Jennifer is a Certified Nutrition Coach (NASM) and the founder of ReVibe Nutrition.

I Get it, Because I have been there. 


For years, I did what disciplined women do.


I worked.
I handled life.
I stayed busy.
I tried to “be good.”


And I still felt off.


My energy was low.
My stress was high.
And my body wasn’t responding the way it used to — even though I was doing everything “right.”


That’s when I realized something important:


It wasn’t a motivation problem.
It wasn’t a discipline problem.

It was a strategy problem.


I was stuck in a loop of pushing harder, eating less, and hoping my body would cooperate.
And all it did was create more exhaustion, more cravings, and more frustration.


Everything changed when I stopped reacting… and started paying attention.


Not just to food but to patterns.
To timing.
To stress.
To the thoughts and emotions driving my habits.


That’s what a metabolic reset actually is:
not another diet…


but a return to stability.


Once I learned how to fuel properly, regulate my body, and build rhythm that fit my real life  my energy came back. My body responded. And I finally felt in control again.


That’s why I created ReVibe Nutrition.


Because I know firsthand how frustrating it is to be doing “everything right” and still feel stuck.
